Submitting an enquiry form does not create a contract between you andFastMove Property, and it does not oblige you to sell your property or accept any offer. Equally, we are not obliged to make an offer in response to every enquiry.

4. Speed claims

• An initial response or offer may be possible in as little as 60 minutes in suitable cases.
• Completion may be possible in as little as seven days in suitable cases.
• These are not guaranteed timescales.
• Actual timings depend on the property, title, legal checks, access, funding, your readiness as seller and other circumstances.
• You may request a later completion date if that suits you.

5. Fees and legal costs

• FastMove Property does not charge you an estate-agent commission for the FastMove Property service.
• Any statement that standard seller legal costs are covered is subject to the terms of the particular offer or transaction.
• Additional, unusual or separately commissioned costs may not be covered unless agreed in writing.
• You should confirm the exact position on fees and legal costs before proceeding.

6. Property information

When you submit an enquiry, you agree to provide complete and accurate information about yourself and your property. If relevant details change after you have enquired, please notify us as soon as possible so that we can consider the updated position.

7. Independent advice
